Having completed Megan Devine’s Grief Care Professional Certificate Program equips Leslie with skills to support the client with:

- use of non-pathologizing clinical interventions
- trauma-informed grief care approaches
- grief of racism, misognyny, bigotry & hate
- coping skills for living with loss while holding space for others
- supporting a humanized view of grief within workplace & communities
Leslie has also completed the JDRF & Diabetes Canada Mental Health + Diabetes Training Program for health professionals. Leslie is better trained to support children and adults living with T1 & T2 and their family members, including issues:
